Bruschetta salad with Prosciutto di Modena PDO
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 bunch of rocket
- 1 orange
- 2 leafs of mint
- Prosciutto di Modena PDO
- 1 tablespoon of Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI
- EVO oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Toast the bread and meanwhile peel and cut the orange. Wash the rocket and dry it with a paper towel. Place all the ingredients in a plate and season with vinegar, EVO oil and a pinch of salt. Garnish with mint and serve.
