Prosciutto Di Modena PDO pinwheels
Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1/4 pound slice Prosciutto di Modena PDO, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Provolone Valpadana PDO
Preparation
Unfold puff pastry. Sprinkle with Prosciutto di Modena PDO and Provolone Valpadana PDO. Roll up one side to the middle of the dough; roll up the other side so the two rolls meet in the center and cut into slices. Bake at 400° until golden brown. Serve warm.
